Lesson 5: Storyboard

TASK:

You are to find a spooky story, not too long, to storyboard in groups of 3. Remember to think very carefully how the camera shot will help your meaning, atmosphere and mood.

Look at the following example, that has been created into a short film using narration and still shots.

EG: The Voice

  • Think about including Music (or silence)
  • Dialogue (narration) cues in your storyboard
  • Camera shots and angles for effect
